Steps for Facial cleanup

Here we’ll discuss the steps for facial cleanup so the First step is cleansing. If you want all of the other steps to work, then always start with cleansing your skin. There are a lot of dirt particles, pollution, and other impurities on the skin. Before applying tonner, or moisturizer always clean your face with one of your favorite face wash. A pea-size amount of the facewash is sufficient to get the job done.

DIY Tip: Milk is an excellent cleanser.

Take 4 to 5 teaspoon raw milk in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon Glycerin and mix it thoroughly. Now clean your face with the mixture using cotton.

After some time, wash your face with your face wash. Normal cleaning does not remove the impurities which clog the pores and dirt is still there on the face. While cleansing with milk, the dirt will be removed completely and You will get glowing and fair skin.

Step 2. Exfoliation:

Hanoor Exfoliation Process

After cleansing, exfoliation is the most important step in facial cleanup. Dead skin cells are the biggest problem for the skin. It makes your skin dull and uneven. These dead skin cells result in blackheads, whiteheads, dry patches, and clogged pores on your skin. Exfoliation helps in getting rid of those dead skin cells and helps you to remove impurities from your skin and unclog the pores. Exfoliation helps you to get healthy, glowing radiant skin.

However, exfoliation is not the process to repeat every day, as it may lead to rashes on your skin and can also damage your skin. The number of times you can exfoliate your skin every week depends on the type of your exfoliator. If you are using a physical exfoliator, you can use it twice or thrice a week (according to your skin type and instructions by your dermatologist). If you are using a chemical exfoliator then you can use it once or twice a week (according to your skin type and instructions by your dermatologist).

The exfoliation step is to be performed very carefully, excess exfoliation of your skin can damage it and harm your skin. So always follow the instructions of your dermatologist. If you are not following any dermatologist you can also follow the instructions mentioned on the packaging of the exfoliator.

DIY Tip:

Exfoliation is an important step to remove dead cells from the skin. If you don’t have time then you can use ready-made scrub, but we will suggest you go for homemade scrub for your skin.

For preparing 100% natural scrub at home:

Take 1 teaspoon of crushed sugar in a bowl, 1 teaspoon gram flour, 1 to 1.5 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon honey. Mix them thoroughly and apply them on full face and then scrub for 4 to 5 minutes on your face.

By doing so, you will get rid of dead skin cells, blackheads, and it will prevent your face from pimples. It will unclog your pores and make your skin radiant and glowing. After scrubbing for few minutes wash it with cold water.

Step 3: Steam:

Women Getting Steam at Facial Cleanup Time

This is the step that most women skip while facial clean-up at home. But it is also, one of the most important steps for facial cleanup. For doing this take a big bowl with hot water, put 6 to 8 drops of lemon essential oil (you can add any other essential oil also but I recommend lemon essential oil). Now cover your face and take steam for 5 minutes. Especially, where you have whiteheads and blackheads problem.

Steam increases blood circulation and the toxins which are present in the skin come out and it makes skin glowing. Steaming will make the impurities and derbies soft so that they can easily come out of the skin. So with the process of steaming, your skin gets deeply clean. After taking steam for 5 minutes wipe your face with a soft towel. If you have blackheads then you will have to take a blackhead removing tool that you can get easily from a beauty shop. After taking steam, press this tool in a downward motion to remove all of your blackheads.

Caution: Don’t try to do anything with this tool on pimples!!! Don’t touch on pimples because if you do so it will make acne scars on your skin. So only remove blackheads and whiteheads with this tool.

By steaming, the whiteheads and blackheads become soft and they will easily get out of pores. After this, wash your face with cold water. You can rub ice cubes on the whole face so that the pores which were opened can be closed. After this step, you will definitely see clean, clear, and glowing skin.

DIY Tip:

You can add few drops of essential oil like rose, peppermint, lavender, or sandalwood to get maximum benefits.

Step 4: Face Mask:

After exfoliating your skin and taking steam, your skin is clean and clear. Now all the ingredients of your face mask will sink deeper into your skin and works more effectively. Now you just have to apply the face mask on your face and your neck and then relax. Also, place two slices of cucumber on your eyes to help your eyes look fresh. Now just relax, as it is very beneficial for your skin and mind. Keep it for 20 – 25 minutes and allow it to dry completely and then wash it off with cold water. it is a very important step for facial cleanup step.

DIY Tip:

Take 1 teaspoon fullers earth, 1 teaspoon orange peel powder, 1 teaspoon yogurt, and a little bit of rose water. Mix it thoroughly and make a face pack. Now apply it to your face. If you have dry skin then I will suggest you apply a banana facial pack. If you have normal or oily skin then you can use this facemask. After applying this face mask relax for 20 – 25 minutes till it dry. After 20 to 25 minutes wash your face with cold water.

Step 5: Toning:

Hanoor Tonner to Your Skin

Toning will close the pores and also balance the ph level of your skin. When you apply tonner to your skin, it immediately feels refresh and hydrated. Sometimes people skip these steps for facial clean-up while they are applying tonners to your skin. But we suggest you never skip the step of toning in your face cleanup process. You can purchase a readymade tonner from a beauty shop, or you can also prepare a 100% natural tonner at home.

Tip: Don’t wipe your face just after applying tonner on it, let it for some time and allow your skin to absorb it completely.

DIY Tip:

Extract cucumber juice from fresh cucumber and add 5 tablespoons of rose water to it. Mis them thoroughly and then add them to a spray bottle. Your homemade, 100% natural toner is ready to use. Always store it in the fridge and shake well before use.
